Art in London welcomes press releases from Art and Antiques Fair Organisers, Public Galleries and Museums.

Private and Commercial Galleries and Artists: PLEASE SEE BELOW

1. Public Galleries, Museums and Fine Art Fairs

Press releases should be submitted in PDF or Word format by e-mail ONLY to the editor. Hi-res images should be submitted in j-peg format. Postal press releases for inclusion in our hard-copy magazine will incur a processing charge. If in doubt, please contact us before submission. Inclusion is not guaranteed and display advertisements are charged at the standard rate.

Please note that we do not accept images by post.

Please ensure that the dates of your event are compliant with the publishing date of our next issue:

Spring Issue (Mid-Feb-Apr) Deadline: Jan 31.
Summer Issue (May-Aug) Deadline: Apr 16.
Autumn Issue (Sep-Nov) Deadline: Jul 31.
Winter Issue (Dec-Mid-Feb) Deadline: Oct 31.

Please note that the above deadlines are earlier than advertising copy deadlines.

Should you wish to advertise your exhibition or website within these on-line pages, please note the following:

Art in London only offers a free on-line listing to galleries and artists who advertise in our hard copy magazine. 50% discounts apply to galleries and artists whose website has a link to this site.

'ART EXHIBITIONS IN LONDON' ON-LINE LISTINGS

Please submit details of your exhibition in the following format only:

1. Exhibition Title

2. Gallery Location

3. Hyperlink to your website exhibition page.

Price: £30 OR supply evidence of your hyperlink to the Art in London website for a 50% discount OR state 'Current Advertiser' for free listing.

'ART EXHIBITIONS IN LONDON' ON-LINE LISTING with SINGLE PAGE DEDICATED TO YOUR EXHIBITION

Price: £75 to include full press release and up to 6 images. Images should be sized at 400 pixels in width.

Do NOT send images or press releases unless you are advertising in our hard copy magazine or wish to book a dedicated web page or mini-site on the Art in London website

Your listing will run from up to 3 months before the commencement of your exhibition until close.

HOMEPAGE BANNER

Full colour banners (with hyperlink) on our homepage will maximise traffic to your website and visitors to your exhibition.

We offer 4 banner options:

1. 468 x 150 pixels - Price: £150 (Animation at no extra charge. Gif files only)

2. 468 x 60 pixels - Price: £85 (Animation at no extra charge. Gif files only)

3. 140 x 140 pixels - Price: £45 (Animation at no extra charge. Gif files only)

Your banner will be displayed for a total of 4 weeks (or to the close of your exhibition) and will include a hyperlink to your website.

Please submit your banner in j-peg format (or gif for animation) and state the date that banner posting should commence.

Banner design and production can be provided for an additional fee of £30.

'LONDON GALLERY WEBSITES' & 'LONDON ARTIST WEBSITES' ON-LINE LISTINGS

Listing and Hyperlink - Price: £45 per annum

DEDICATED WEBSITE

Dedicated 7-page mini-site to include homepage (www.art-london.co.uk/yourname) with 6 images, full description and contact details plus 6 other pages - Price: £150 per annum

When submitting on-line listings, please state one of the following:

1. You have advertised with Art in London within the previous 12 months and are entitled to a free on-line listing.

2. Your website has a direct hyperlink to: http://www.art-london.co.uk and you are entitled to a 50% reduction for on-line listings. Please use the logo below if possible.

3. Payment has been made via credit card, cheque or direct bank transfer.

Listings submitted without this information will not be processed. Free on-line listings are for the 'Art Exhibitions in London' pages ONLY.

For web banners, dedicated web page or mini-site, payment must be made in advance.
