Art in London welcomes press releases from Art and Antiques Fair Organisers, Public Galleries and Museums.

Private and Commercial Galleries and Artists: Please see below.

1. Public Galleries, Museums and Fine Art Fairs

Press releases should be submitted in PDF or Word format by e-mail ONLY to the editor. Hi-res images should be submitted in j-peg format. Postal press releases for inclusion in our hard-copy magazine will incur a processing charge. If in doubt, please contact us before submission. Inclusion is not guaranteed and display advertisements are charged at the standard rate.

Please note that we do not accept images by post.

Please ensure that the dates of your event are compliant with the publishing date of our next issue:

Spring Issue (Mar-May) Deadline: Jan 31.
Summer Issue (Jun-Aug) Deadline: Apr 30.
Autumn Issue (Sep-Nov) Deadline: Jul 31.
Winter Issue (Dec-Feb) Deadline: Oct 31.

Please note that the above deadlines are earlier than advertising copy deadlines.

2. Private and Commercial Galleries and Artists

Should you wish to advertise your exhibition or website within these on-line pages, please note the following:

Art in London only offers a free on-line listing to galleries who advertise in our hard copy magazine. Galleries and artists whose website has a link to this site benefit from a 50% discount for on-line listings.

'ART EXHIBITIONS IN LONDON' ON-LINE LISTINGS

Please submit details of your exhibition in ONE of the following formats only:

1. Single J-peg. Max width: 800 pixels. Max height: 800 pixels.

2. Single page pdf.

3. Hyperlink to your website exhibition page.

Price: £25

Images MUST be included - not sent separately. A further charge of £35 will be made for processing images and text.

Your listing will run from up to 3 months before the commencement of your exhibition until close.

HOMEPAGE BANNER

Full colour banners (with hyperlink) on our homepage will maximise traffic to your website and visitors to your exhibition.

We offer 4 banner options:

1. 468 x 335 pixels - Price: £150 (limited to a maximum of 2 at any time)

2. 468 x 60 pixels - Price: £85 (Animation at no extra charge. Gif files only)

3. 140 x 140 pixels - Price: £45 (Animation at no extra charge. Gif files only)

Your banner will be displayed for a total of 4 weeks (or to the close of your exhibition) and will include a hyperlink to your website.

Please submit your banner in j-peg format (or gif for animation) and state the date that banner posting should commence.

'LONDON GALLERY WEBSITES' & 'LONDON ARTIST WEBSITES' ON-LINE LISTINGS

Listing and Hyperlink - Price: £45 per annum

Dedicated 7-page mini-site to include homepage (www.art-london.co.uk/yourname) with 6 images, full description and contact details plus 6 other pages - Price: £150 per annum

When submitting on-line listings and / or banners, please state one of the following:

1. You have advertised with Art in London within the previous 12 months and are entitled to a free on-line listing.

2. Your website has a direct hyperlink to: http://www.art-london.co.uk and you are entitled to a 50% discount. Please use the logo below if possible.

3. You agree to being invoiced as above.

Listings submitted without this information will not be processed.
