The cost of hiring the Notting Hill gallery is a flat fee of £1850 per week. The cost of the Covent Garden gallery is £2250 plus VAT per week. Prices are inclusive of the following (there is no commission on sales):

The exhibitor will have his or her exhibition previewed on the Art in London and West-Eleven websites in the weeks running up to the opening, to include a selection of images, artist's statement and biography.

West-Eleven will send out Press Releases to their extensive London and national press database of art, news and lifestyle publications.

A display advertisement / and/or editorial feature will be placed in Art in London. Artwork produced free of charge, or provided by the artist.

West-Eleven will provide assistants to help with the Private View, and the serving of drinks, etc. and will assist in the production of invitations and brochures, if required. Their relationship with their printers and in-house design service will assure you of the best service and value.

West-Eleven will process credit card payments, if required, on the artist's behalf.

West-Eleven will provide full access to their mailing list (subject to conditions) and send out electronic invitations/e-mail press releases to their extensive client database.
